தமிழர் ஒருங்கிணைப்புக் குழுவால் எதிர்வரும் ஒன்பதாம் நாள் (09/01/2022) நடாத்தத் திட்டமிடப்பட்டிருந்த கேணல் கிட்டு அவர்களதும் அவருடன் வீரச்சாவடைந்த மாவீரர்களினதும் நினைவான “தமிழர் விளையாட்டு விழா – 2022“ தவிர்க்க முடியாக் காரணத்தால் இடைநிறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.
தற்போது நாட்டில் நிலவிவரும் கொரோனா தொற்றும், நோய்த்தொற்றுப் பரம்பலைக் கட்டுப்படுத்த எடுக்கப்படும் முயற்சிகளும் இந்த இடைநிறுத்தத்துக்குக் காரணங்கள் என்பதை வருத்தத்துடன் அறியத் தருகின்றோம். விக்ரோறிய மாநிலத்திலும் மீண்டும் நோய்த்தொற்றுப் பரவலைக் கட்டுப்படுத்த தீவிர நடவடிக்கைகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் இவ்வேளையில், இவ்விளையாட்டு நிகழ்வு நடாத்துவது பொருத்தமற்றதென்ற காரணத்தால், சமூகப் பொறுப்புணர்வுடன் இந்நிகழ்வு இடைநிறுத்தப்படுகின்றது என்பதை அறியத்தருகின்றோம்.

Sports Event Been Cancelled
The “Tamil Sports Festival – 2022” in memory of Colonel Kittu and his heroic heroes, which was scheduled to be held on next Sunday (09/01/2022) by the Tamil Coordinating Committee, has been Cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. We regret to inform you that the current corona infection in the country and the efforts being made to control the spread of the disease are the reasons for Cancellation of this event.
At a time when the world is suffering from this plague epidemic, we would like to inform you that the event is being cancelled due to the fact that it is not appropriate to hold this sporting event at a time as a responsible community organisation, when the epidemic is being detected again in the state of Victoria and serious measures are being taken to control its current spread.
